ITs SUSHI Southwest: A Delightful All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Experience in Las Vegas

I recently had an incredible dining experience at a local Japanese restaurant, thanks to the amazing service provided by Angel and the delectable cuisine. From the moment I walked in, Angel greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Angel's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive. She guided me through the various options and made excellent recommendations based on my preferences. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for the food made the experience even more enjoyable. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors. The sushi was fresh and expertly prepared, and the tempura was perfectly crispy. The miso soup had a rich, savory taste, and the sashimi was incredibly tender and flavorful. Overall, Angel's exceptional service and the exquisite Japanese cuisine made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and outstanding customer service.

We had a dinner of 6 people and all did the all you can eat option. We had even more dishes than what I took pictures of. Everything was so good. The staff is fast, professional and very nice. We enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner very much.

I recently visited It’s Sushi and overall had a great experience. I’m giving them 4 stars because while it wasn’t absolutely perfect, it definitely exceeded expectations in several key areas. The all-you-can-eat concept is executed really well here. The variety of options on the menu is impressive, ranging from classic rolls to nigiri, sashimi, and some fun specialty items. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and presented nicely. You could tell that the ingredients were good quality, especially for an AYCE spot. Sometimes at places like this, the fish can be hit or miss, but here it was consistently good across multiple plates. Standouts for me were the salmon sashimi, the crispy rolls, and the baked mussels. The price point is also very reasonable. For the amount and quality of food you get, I think it’s excellent value. It didn’t feel like they were cutting corners just to make it affordable—everything from the rice texture to the plating showed care. The service was also quite nice. Staff were attentive without being overbearing, and they kept things moving efficiently even when the place got busy. Our server made good suggestions and checked in frequently to see how we were doing. Would I come back? Definitely. It’s not high-end omakase, but for a casual sushi night with lots of variety, good service, and a fair price, It’s Sushi really hits the spot.

Great attentive service. Sushi dishes seemed fresh with small portions of rice on the nigiri. The seared salmon and yellow tail were great but the yellowtail roll seemed tasteless. The bulgogi was ok but over cooked and lacking in being marinated long enough. The hot scallop roll was good. Overall pretty good and compared with most of the others but the atmosphere was nice and clean.

This is a good quality AYCE sushi spot that is located in the south west area. AYCE sushi is pretty common in Las Vegas where a few of the locations fall short and aren’t worth it.This spot isn’t one of them. The service is fast and the food is good. There is a lot of room for decent size parties and a lot of parking outside. The menu is pretty standard as it has all of you typical things AYCE sushi items. The quality is fresh and definitely a good choice if you’re looking for quality AYCE sushi.

Spacious and nice staff. They no longer have raw oysters and were out of uni. This made it a little sad. So we went with the regular lunch menu. Lots of selections to choose from. Ordered a lot please see picture for exact names. All items tasted fresh and flavorful. We were stuffed. I say check it out.

I've been to the Spring mountain location and had an awesome experience, so I was expecting a similar experience here as well. I'm not sure which location is the original, I think this is the newer location. Clean Grey building in a small shopping plaza. There is ample amount of parking in the front. Good size venue with a decent amount of seating. While the place wasn't overly crowded for a late lunch. I'd say it was 65% full considering the odd time I went... around 2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon. Everything came out fast, I didn't wait long for any of the dishes. All the staff were friendly; all the way from the hostess to the multiple servers and bussers. They all worked as a team efficiently and effectively. We had such a great time! The food was amazing. We had the AYCE which meant the entire menu. The appetizers and custom sushi was so fresh and amazing. I really loved the KFC it was nice, fresh and hot when I got to the table.
